Thank you for shopping with Stewby Flipside LLC. We take care in packaging and shipping coins, collectibles, and related items securely and promptly.

Processing Time

We generally aim to ship orders by the next business day after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

While we make every reasonable effort to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur due to order volume, weather, carrier issues, holidays, payment review, inventory verification, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware of an unusual or extreme delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Method

Orders will be shipped using the shipping service selected at checkout, when available.

Shipping options, rates, delivery estimates, tracking availability, insurance, and carrier services may vary depending on the item, destination, platform, and shipping provider.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates only. Stewby Flipside LLC does not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a specific written guarantee is expressly provided.

Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.

Risk of Loss After Carrier Acceptance

Once an order has been delivered to, accepted by, or scanned into the possession of the shipping carrier, Stewby Flipside LLC is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, stolen, or otherwise affected while in the carrier’s possession, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly covered by purchased shipping insurance.

We will provide tracking information when available so buyers may monitor delivery status directly with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Stewby Flipside LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, returns, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the item is reshipped.

Insurance and High-Value Items

Certain orders may be shipped with insurance, signature confirmation, or other protective services at our discretion or where required by the selected platform or carrier.

For high-value purchases, Stewby Flipside LLC may require signature confirmation or additional delivery safeguards.

Third-Party Platforms

For purchases made through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Whatnot, eBay, or other marketplaces, the shipping rules, carrier options, timelines, buyer protections, and dispute procedures of that platform may also apply.

Where a third-party platform’s shipping policy conflicts with this policy, the platform’s rules may control for purchases made through that platform.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case.

A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
