Refunds are available for 7 days from the date the package is delivered to you.

All original packaging (including slabs, flips, holders, or protective sleeves) must be intact.

Items damaged, altered, or opened from certified holders (e.g., cracked-out slabs) are not eligible for refund.

3. Buyer Responsibility for Return Shipping
In most cases, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
This includes situations where:

The item does not fit your collection

You wish to return the item for personal reasons not related to error or misrepresentation
4. When Stewby Flipside Covers Return Shipping
Return shipping will be fully covered by Stewby Flipside only in these situations:

The wrong item was delivered

There was a material accidental misrepresentation in the listing description or photos
(e.g., incorrect coin date, wrong mintmark, inaccurate grade representation, missing major flaw not shown or described)
If one of these situations occurs, we will also refund:

The full purchase price

Any initial shipping charges paid
5. Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
